Hi guys,
I installed a fresh install of open publish on my domain.
I would like to change the default image which comes up on the site to something custom.
I would highly grateful with your response.

You need to check admin >
You need to check admin > site building > blocks where you can find Top Banner Ad block, configure and change the banner.

No block is enabled
There is no block enabled in openpublish in admin > site building > blocks. I am sure there is some other way out to do the same but cant seem to find it.!

There is another option
There is another option Context in Openpublish. you should check in cotext option whether it is enable or not.
the blocks are enabled with
the blocks are enabled with context. You can check available contexts here admin/build/context/list
the block might be set inside openpublish-general-sitewide context.
