Greetings everyone,
I am now building a site for my director that she wants both mobile and desktop computer layout for. What themes, or combinations of themes, do you recommend for out-of-the-box functionality in this area? I need to be able to make the layout match University of Utah standards (colors, headers & footers mostly) without a lot of complex CSS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Omega is Rock-solid
I've been very happy with the Omega theme. You'll basically copy a starter kit (I use the HTML 5) and mod it from mobile through the desktop. It's super-easy to configure, and extremely flexible. There's a ton of documentation as well, and videos on YouTube. I was able to complete a full (small) working site from PSDs in around three weeks, and that included building the server. Great stuff.
I'll give it a try
Thanks, I'll give it a whirl. BTW, I should have specified that I am building it in D7. Let me know if you have other feelings about that version, in case you were assuming D6.
Thanks again!
I'm using it on D7.

Omega works fantastically.
Omega works fantastically. I'm a convert.
Unless you plan on switching the theme for mobile, I would use the xHTML subtheme instead. You will run into backwards compatibility with older browsers (specifically IE7 and 8).
I like Omega
After you get the mega set of settings down, Omega is a great theme to work with for sure.
