Drupal Global Training Days is an initiative by the Drupal Association to introduce new and beginning users to Drupal.
"What is Drupal?" is a half-day workshop aimed at giving an overview of Drupal to those interested in leveraging its power. The training will focus on Drupal basics including content management, theming, implementation and much more from a 30,000ft view.
We aim to introduce people to the Drupal project and to give our students the power to become immersed in the world of Drupal as web masters, business owners, developers, themers, site builders, engineers or as die hard fans.
By the end of the training participants will have a high-level introduction of how Drupal works and what its capabilities are, the community that makes up the heart of Drupal, and some of Drupal's core features and paradigms.
