Meeting Report

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

How did the meet-up go? Can someone provide a summary of what was talked about? Did we have 6 show up?

My apologies for not being there. With a sick newborn and a difficult 2 year-old I just couldn't leave my wife (who ironically broke her foot last week). Anyway, as you can see there was really only one good choice. :)

I was also unable to make it as well. I did however get to go to the Drupal Camp CO, which was awesome.

How was the image discussion?

I really hated to miss yet

I really hated to miss yet another meeting. I intended to attend but ended up pulling an all-nighter the night before and wasn't up to par on meeting night.

I always learn something at these meetings and truly hope they continue. I'll get back in the meeting groove soon.

Thanks to all of you who have continued to plan and attend each of the group's meetings.

I was able to attend. It was my first meeting. There were just 4 of us there. It was great to meet fellow Drupalers and we had some good discussions. I also made it to DrupalCamp Colorado. I'm looking foward to future Utah meetups, hopefully with more people!

The meetups have been pretty

The meetups have been pretty inconsistent in regards to attendance. The one before this one we had a conference room full of people with a few newcomers. I think that the decision to make them every other month will help with attendance. Hopefully I will have some more time to contribute to the planning and assigning discussion topics for future meet-ups. If anyone else has suggestions then feel free to let us know.

I am a developer at Trellon

I am a developer at Trellon and we are willing to sponsor meetups by providing refreshments, so work that into the plans! :)

Also, we may be able to get additional attendees by communicating with the Utah PHP Users Group: http://uphpu.org/
