Great job.
I love the gallery too.
I've tried adding plupload and other bulk uploaders, but can't seem to make it work

Anyone have suggestions?

Where can the beta be downloaded? The openpublishapp.com download says it is the beta, but it is the alpha 7 and has no gazelle, just frame.
