install user menu

Hi,

I must be stupid..

I installed and ttransferd my content.
Everything went perfect... so I wanted to see the site for a new user and logged out !!!

But I did not before indicated where the user menu should appear... and logically it doesn't appear
So I cannot access admin anu more

When I try update.php I am told I have no premissions... logic

How can I connect again as admin??

Unfortunatly, I have already tried ther /user solution and this leads to an 500 Error...
I also tried /#overlay=admin/block... nothing happens...

I am in big truble!
