I installed jquery_update-6.x-2.x-dev.tar.gz
and jquery_ui-6.x-1.3.tar.gz.
I am trying to run Drupal 6 with jquery 1.3.2 to run accordion tabs
but is not working.
How do I run jquery 1.3.2 on Drupal 6?

2 people reply on the Drupal list to tell me that you have to rename the jquery-1.3.2 to jquery.js
and copy it to the 'misc' folder in Drupal and into the 'replace' folder in your update_query module.

Yeah, this information is in the README.txt file of the module itself. Anytime you're installing of configging a Drupal module, it pays to look at this readme file closely. Chances are your question is buried in there somewhere. Not always, but hey. :)
