With the new update, I've lost my ability to edit blocks and contexts right on the page.
Does anyone know how I might turn these functions back on?

midek, are you using OpenPublish? If so, select 'configure layout' to reveal UI, then under any Delta Region on the page there is link, "Add a block here". This will reveal the blocks to add.

**EDIT: Found the "Configure Layout" option now under each block area (not tool bar); at first didn't work properly until we ran update.php.
Works now.. looks allot better!

This was caused because I was on a server with memory issues. I had them put me in a new box, and presto... problem solved.
