I'd say we could make it irrelevant if people are available or not by recording your presentation and making it available after the fact.

I can offer up GoToMeeting most months. I'm actually doing UX testing tomorrow at that time tomorrow and using GTM, but we can use it for the other meetings if we didn't want to worry about being limited to 10 participants.
