Hi,
I am using CommerceKickstart, OpenPublish and NodeMaker distros - both of them have Omega as default themes.
There is one feature which I like, but cannot control or understand how it works: some of the blocks are visible on wider displays but not on the mobile.
So, I simply got lost is Omega, Context and other related settings adn do not see single option to edit this. Saw similar thread, but this one is talking about MobileTools, which is absent in my case.
Where are those settings???

Block invisibility settings
Go to Appearance and click Settings next to your Omega subtheme. In the Layout Configuration click on Zone and Region Configuration. That is where you can set basic configurations. You will also want to look for the Delta tab, in case they have presets for which scenarios certain blocks, regions, or zones show up.
This site: http://omega.developmentgeeks.com/ has a great video that you should watch to get your head around it. Good luck!
Thank you for fast reply, but

Probably because of my
Probably because of my non-native english I expressed my misunderstanding incorrectly.
I am using Adaptive for my projects for some time and responsive design is not new for me. I understand that in Omega settings it is very easy to arrange all the blocks and their widths and their behavior on narrow/wider displays.
The thing I do not understand, how there are some blocks simply visible on wider widths and completely hidden on narrow ones. CSS magic??? CSS display: none for every block?
http://omega.developmentgeeks.com/ - is an excellent example, on narrow displays "OMEGA HANDBOOK", logo, "Take the next step" are missing
How?
