Menu Error
Hi Kalyan
I have the same problem that you mention here. Did you find a solution? I would be interested in learning about it.

Update core?
Hey guys, I just went through this and what helped me solve some of the mega errors i was getting was to update core for the OP3 install to the latest stable Drupal 7 release (i assume this is for OP3?). After I did that, still got some errors, but that particular one was gone. I still have a bunch of errors relating to the shortcut module which I haven't solved yet, but I got rid of the one you are talking about.
I was able to install the site first, but got the error and just strong-armed my way in by visiting the sitename.com/user to log in. It looked like it hadn't installed, but it had and was just hanging up somewhere. The menu was really bad and out of whack, but after the core update it was happier.
Remember to save your sites folder and your OP profile folder when updating core. Just as an aside, I tried running update.php after the upgrade and it also threw errors at me, but again, once I logged back into the site everything was working decently. Hope this helps, I've been wrestling with this OP3 installation for a while!
Using: OP3, Latest Drupal 7, MAMP Pro, phpMyAdmin, Coda2
