How will DruBB be effected by the new SMFforum Integration module?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Have somebody tested the new SMFforum Integration module? It claims to be with fantastic features.

Dear Amnon, I still haven't

Dear Amnon,

I still haven't tested the new module. I'll test it as ASAP.

But, only from reading the description, I understood that there are two different databases. One for Drupal and one for SMF. I don't like this idea because I had bad times with solutions like that. In one of my sites, I use phpNuke as cms and IPB as forum, and I had the same solution. It only syncs between the databases, however, I disabled the syncing and now the users should login and register twice. I realized that on high traffic the syncing module gets crazy.

Anyway, please read the following comments:

I think, I can't describe it better.

Have a nice day.

I will try

I will try that as soon as possible. I don't know how did I miss that so far.
Edit: Ahh. I thought that was something different. I already tried and I have some problems with it, but it looks great.

I know I'm not one to

I know I'm not one to complain about it (uieforum and all that ;) ) but it's so far from the "drupal way" that it bothers me :/
Just looking at the sample site's forum installation, and it's obvious that the forum is completely and utterly separate from the actual site itself in every way. Only the users are shared/integrated.

I'm not sold on the module at all.
