Drupal meetup, compared to Drupal Happy hour, is more structured. Please see the agenda for the coming meetup. Going forward, we will host the meetup on the second Wednesday evening of every month.
1.) Self-introduction:
We let everyone to introduce themselves, talking about what they do with Drupal, and why they come to this meetup. Also, we will pick one simple question related to Drupal for that particular meeting, and expect people to offer their own experience or opinions.
2.) Lighting Rounds:
Have a topic you can present in 5 minutes (with 5 more minutes for questions)? The basic idea is there are patterns for developing sites the "drupal" way ("what would drupal do? etc."). Tell us a quick 5 minute recipe for how to put the Drupal "bricks" together. Theming techniques or other things may also be appropriate. Propose it below. Make sure you mention it is for the "lightning round" otherwise it might get confused with a longer presentation.

3.) Presentations:
In this section, we will let people to do a 30-minutes presentation on their own topics.

4.) Job Affairs and Open Discussion
In this section, we will let people talk about their job openings or their looking for new opportunities. Then, we open the discussion to the floor.

由于沟通不顺畅，这次回复比较晚，我感到非常抱歉！
正如Milo所提到的，我们希望活动如期举行，许多用户已经事先通过 电话、邮件、IRC等方式和我们沟通，强烈建议我们举办这场活动。
谢谢zterry95，为活动准备了有趣的话题演讲。
另外还有alfababy，准备向参加者展示他最近在贡献的模块，如Grid Field Formatter，已经被DrupalProject Application Process正式批准，他有一些经验想要跟大家分享。
我还想和各位讨论统一沟通工具的问题，这是为了方便不在上海的Drupaler参加Code Sprints、协同贡献聚会（Workshop）、培训和其他活动。
我作了一些调查，发现 Google Hangouts 和 YY 非常适合用作举办需要协作的活动，支持共享屏幕、交换文件、聊天等。另外 YY 在中国社区中已经使用了，如2013年1月26日第八次Drupal在线交流会。大家最好一起讨论下确定今后使用哪种活动沟通工具。
接下来，我想我们可以讨论一下上海Drupal群页面如何改版，这个问题我们已经和群组织者商量过，不过还是希望得到更多来自使用者的反馈。
假如群组织者们可以抽空参加一下活动就好了，或者至少能够在IRC上花一点时间和大家一起讨论可以作哪些改进、哪些改进对本地社区有益。
最后我还是想重申下，希望我们能够团结起来，共同商议社区如何发展，或许可以通过一个本地组织来推进面向整个中国地区Drupaler、更广泛的合作。

Really sorry for this late reply and all the unfortunate hick-ups in the communication.
We would like to apologize to all users for the abrupt cancellation of the event on such a short notice, without anybody's consultation or consent.
Anyhow, as Milo mentioned, we would prefer holding the meetup, in particular, we have been contacted by users (Phone, email or IRC) who strongly advised this way and sollicitated that it be held.
Besides, thanks to zterry95, we've already got a very interesting topic.
For another presentation, alfababy kindly offered to step up to show everyone a bit of the modules he has been contributing, in particular the Grid Field Formatter module. Since alfababy managed to successfully get this project approved through the standard Drupal Project Application process, he should be able to tell us a bit more on that as well.
Next, I would like to open a discussion about possibly standardizing our communication tools, in order to open Code Sprints, Workshops, Trainings, and if possible any other events, to remote participation.
After investigating a bit, it seems that Google Hangouts and YY could both be very good choices for running collaborative events in a convenient way to share screen, exchange files, chat, etc... On top of that it seems YY has already been used by others in the China community, for example see 2013年1月26日第八次Drupal在线交流会, then we would better federate our efforts and discussions by using similar types of tools for these events.
Then, we thought we could open a discussion on the re-work of the Shanghai Drupal User Group layout, that we have already started discussing with the SHDUG Organizers, but we would certainly like to get more feedback from the community.
Ideally, it would be great if any of the group organizers could drop by the meetup, or at least dedicate some time on IRC to discuss openly with other group members what changes could/would be possible to carry on the SHDUG and be beneficial to our local community.
Lastly, to conclude, we would like to potentially discuss possibilities of federating further our efforts and community initiatives, perhaps through a specific local Organization down the road, to be able to move towards collaboration on a larger scale in China.
If anybody would have any other topics or interesting discussions that you would like to bring up, it would certainly be greatly appreciated.
Once again, really sorry to everyone for this last minute cancellation notice, but we certainly didn't expect we would encounter these types of issues with the communication and organization of these events.
