It's time for another Drupal meeting in Boulder at the pingVision offices.
It was almost exactly a year ago that I organized the first meeting over emails and then the second was organized here via the brand new "Beta" groups.drupal site.
This meeting is a practice for the presentation that we'll be giving at the Open Source CMS Conference which is titled Theming Drupal: techniques, approaches, philosophies. That discussion (and it's a discussion, not a lecture) is scheduled for the big room on the first day so we want to make sure it's good! Our hope is that in this User Group meeting we can get input on what items you were glad you learned (or what items you want to learn) about Design, Theming and Drupal.
So...here's the vital information:
Subject: Drupal, Q&A, Design, Theming
Location: the pingVision offices (Google map)
Audience:Anyone who is interested in Drupal or has used it before. Particularly people who are interested in theming or design should come regardless of your level of experience with Drupal/Theming.
Time: We'll get started at 6:30 PM and there's no real hard end time for the meeting.
We'd love to hear feedback about what parts of Theming in Drupal really interest you. Please leave a comment letting us know what topics would be helpful to cover.

Comments
Different theme images
I've never spent much time understanding the different theme engines and their relative merits & drawbacks, so that would be useful.
Let's Connect!
I'll be coming to the meetup to connect with pingVision, but I'd love to talk theming also! Perhaps maximizing the usefulness of imagecache and imagefield would be an appropriate topic I could cover (if so desired). This Lullabot Article is a good start on imagecache and user profiles, but we can talk about how to theme images in content or make an image gallery from imagecache, imagefield, taxonomy, and views. It's much more flexible than the old image.module.
yes indeed
We're looking for ward to welcoming you to Boulder. The imagefield/imagecache system is definitely a powerful one.
Are you going to be able to make it?

Looking forward to meeting you
The image gallery approach sounds like a great agenda item.
