a2Drupal Monthly Meeting - New nodes vs new node fields

This month we are going to be doing general group Q/A.

If you have a question you'd like addressed, post a comment and I'll amend this node to reflect the queue so we can all be thinking about them ahead of time (or at least have a register of q's).

I would love to have a discussion of when to make something a node vs. when to put data in fields within a node. Continuing on to parent/child nodes and parent/child fields, etc. It's not a newbie topic. I have lots of questions & examples, no answers.
