Meet in or near room 005 in the Friend Center on the campus of Princeton University (look for a sign).
We've done publicity with postcards at Drupaldelphia and DrupalCamp Montreal. We will have additional promotional post cards available if you want to distribute them in your office or at events.
We have several sponsors already, but need to get more to insure we can meet our budget.
Need to put out the call for trainings, but also have potential interest from some of the trainers from last year.
Sean has come up with a new background design for the site, so we should be able to move forward with getting a site live soon.
Based on an update from EventBrite on their ToS, it sounds like we could actually store registrant data since we're the organizers. If we want to we could auto-create Drupal accounts for anyone registered via eventbrite (or even have that as the only avenue?)

I'm doing another email push today to new and previous sponsors. However, if anyone wants to assist with reaching out and following up that would be great.
Also, I will be checking in next week prior to our planning meeting with all previous sponsors. Hopefully, I'll have some more good news over the next few days.
Lastly, I really think it is key that we get the site up sooner rather than later, as recognition of sponsor support is a key part of their benefit.
