Desired functionality

Call this a wish list! These should then one by one be given their own wiki pages.

  • Action point tracking and assigning to users in a super-easy way everyone can understand. This then gives meeting groups some long term continuty and accountability of what's actually happened, and lets people that don't have time pass things on to other people.
  • Open agenda authoring, people can suggest items to be discussed and for how long and a priority. That way, agendas can be planned ahead and if there's more pertinent thigns to discuss in a limited time scale, they can be deffered to later meetings.
  • Tracking of meeting groups, so every regular meeting is a compelte entity rather than a collection of unrelated events.
  • Generally streamlining and making mroe accountable and trackagle desicisons that have been made, to storp duplicaiton of work and discussing the same thing a million times! Will allow new people involved in projects to see whats been decided, and why, and also to search previous agenda items before they bring something new up.
  • Integration with IRC meetings.
