Hi Josmera,

Though Openpublish is in beta and not updated for like years, you actually can use it on decent traffic websites. But there are few errors and problems if you continuously update modules and core.

Why would you want to use Drupal? There are many Wordpress themes for magazines out there for fast deployment as well. I'd love to know your motivation to choose Drupal instead.
