Last month we briefly reviewed the overall plan and are still looking for feedback on a number of areas in the planning document. A few things we made progress on since last month 1) setting up a placeholder site, 2) scheduling email and social media announcements, 3) updates to sponsorship opportunities.

We have setup a new COD7 install and will be using Bootstrap for the base theme. Levi and I will work together on this but others are welcome to join in! Will need to update
Sponsorships
John working on identifying other sponsors. Will push out updated document to existing list of sponsors.
Training

Marketing
Looking for some additional people to help market the camp online and in person at other Drupal/Tech events. If you are interested please let us know.
Other things to consider for next meeting are: Scholarships, BoF, Code Lounge, After Party, Swag, Giveaways.
We are using Trello to help communicate internally and will continue to use MailChimp and social media channels to market the camp. Further work is needed on the timeline and tasks need to be added to Trello.
