Frontpage: Add your proposals should be more visible

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

It would be good if we would put a link to add session proposals a bit more in sight. So people can see they can fill in proposals. I'm not sure if this is only related in the english part but I don't think so?

Deberíamos poner un botón bien gordo para añadir sesiones, a ver si le damos un empujón y propone más gente.
