You are invited to attend an informational, hands-on workshop sponsored by the Iowa Drupal Users Group (aka DrupalCorn) and the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Ames (UUFA).
Michael Hofmockel will offer information about setting up Drupal websites and guide participants through a Drupal install and a basic website creation.
Chris White will present a case study based on the UUFA website.
DrupalCorn members will be on hand to answer questions and help you create your website.
When? Saturday, February 6, 2010, from 1–5pm
Where? At the UUFA, 1015 N. Hyland, Ames, IA
How much will this cost? Only 4 hours of your time.
Who should attend? People who . . . want to build a new website . . . want to migrate from static web pages to an open-source CMS that is loaded with features supported by a vibrant community . . . want to know more about Drupal . . . you!
Why should you attend? You’ll learn about and experience Drupal’s powerful features first hand and come away with tools you can use right away.

What should you bring? Bring a laptop so you can experience Drupal
Why are we doing this? To spread the word about Drupal, to help UUFA members understand and use their new website, and to build DrupalCorn.
