Anything we should know about upgrading our current OP installation of Open Calais?

Nothing Big
The only difference is, if you are using the most up to date version of the OpenCalais module, that there should be a new Vocabulary called Social Tags. You will have to enable it for your content types in the OpenCalais Node Settings if you want to use if on all/any nodes.
