Where do can you edit 'Latest Headlines' homepage title

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I would like to change the title of the homepage featured article block from "Latest Headlines' to 'Annoucements'. Couldn't find it in blocks or views or context. Where can I make this change. thanks.

Go to

path to drupal/sites/all/themes/openpublish_theme/views/articles/

Then open views-view-unformatted--articles--block-2.tpl.php file

Edit the line that you want to change.
