Our 1st Planning meet for DCH2017 was held on 10th Dec at 11am, I am sharing the meeting notes below. Please feel free to add your queries, suggestions, ideas in the comment section

Discussion Notes:

Brochure -
Discussed about the brochure design and content.
Venue -
Venue team will be visiting IIIT Hyderabad venue in next week to finalize the venue.
Committee Members-
Roles and responsibilities are discussed and share among the team members
Website
Discussed about the event website and created sub-domain for drupal camp 2017.
Previous camp content in website, need to launch website as soon as possible.
Marketing -
Discussed about the campaigning strategy and social media promotions.

What dates are you aiming for the camp ? Any specific month or date range ?

Hey Vaibhav,

We still need to finalize the dates and venue, event will be in the month of march 2017, 1st week. it will be on March 5th tentatively, we need to discuss about this in the comming meetup.
