Hey DrupalChix! Join us at Drupalcon San Francisco for a DrupalChix Birds of a Feather (BoF) session.
When: Tuesday of Drupalcon SF, April 20 3:00-4:00 p.m.
Location: at Drupalcon, Room 262
What: The DrupalChix will meet up as a large group
This is the 'official' DrupalChix meeting in that it is a dedicated all-DrupalChix place and time to talk about issues that matter to us: from just getting to know one another, to, as arianek put it:
"It's about being able to get support from each other in terms of career advice, encouragement on how to speak up in the larger community (as many women still feel like it can be a bit of a boys club in any tech arenas), and talk through difficult issues that don't normally get any airspace."

But wait there's more
If you are not able to make this meeting due to schedule conflicts, have no fear. This year, there will be more than one chance to meet up with the DrupalChix.
- On Monday, there will be an informal lunch meetup. This would be a great way to meet some new people to have lunch with, especially if this is your first Drupalcon!
- On Tuesday evening, there will also be a DrupalChix Happy Hour.
Everyone is welcome to bring friends, including our male allies, the "Drupalchix Solidarity Committee and Allied Auxiliary Service" (c/o bangpound)
There are some other events in the works: general discussion.

A follow-up meeting
Just FYI for everyone who didn't hear it: we are planning to meet in the Coder's Lounge (2nd floor, Divisadero room) at the Parc 55 hotel at about 6pm. Whoever wants to go to the party at Jillian's at 8pm, can go from there.
