Trying to change Views wmode= transparency to fix hiding menus-but can't find exact anwser on drupal.org

I am trying to fix a problem with views slideshow appearing above my suckerfish menus. I have found similar problems in the drupal.org discussion, aka
http://drupal.org/node/715338#comment-2790502
or
http://drupalbin.com/11416 for code fix-but I don't know how to implement it.

My problems is that I can't find exactly What file I am suppose to amend? Is it in Views, Views Slideshow, etc.

Any local help would be appreciated. I have already spent the entire morning trying to change one line of code.

Is this browser specific or just a particular browser. It could be a CSS issue. Look into the CSS z-index property.
