i downloaded modules views slideshow to create slideshow and on openpublish i created a view. on that view there are a block and a page and i wanna that the slideshow show me the articles that i created and i wanna that slideshow on the frontpage. what should i do?

I doubt this is an OP question but all the same:
Assuming you have enable the views slideshow module and If the view you created is pulling content type 'article', what you want to do under the 'Style Settings' is click on link next to style and select appropriate choice. In my case its 'views showcase'

Also, if you need it on homepage you will probably need to edit page-front.tpl.php, and insert the view using custompage_view_tile() in a desired place.

You are missing jquery.cycle library
You need jquery.cycle library to make view slideshow to work. So download jquery.cycle from https://github.com/malsup/cycle/downloads and place that in library folder under sites/all/libraries so that jquery.cycle.all.min.js will be at sites/all/libraries/jquery.cycle/jquery.cycle.all.min.js.
Then configure the settings options in format of your view and dont forget to create a theme page for front page.
