It strongly depends on demand. At DrupalCon we had an all-day, all-encompassing, hands-on training. Doing something like that online, as a webinar is probably not practical. Doing it offline, however, requires certain logistics and a minimal group-size of at least 20 participants. We could probably do a shorter, 2-hour webinar if there's interest, but quite honestly - 2 hours is a very short time to cover wide variety of topics related to OpenPublish. Again - probably depends on the audience and what interest the audience has.
Right now our focus is on improving the documentation and not just Phase2 working on it but involving community in the process. However, if a group self-organizes itself and it is logistically feasible we would definitely consider a possibility of a workshop as well.

another training opportunity
Any chance of an OP workshop at the NYC Drupalcamp? http://groups.drupal.org/nyc/drupalcampnyc8
For those of us who can't
For those of us who can't make the camps, it would be great if someone posts screencasts. I'd also love to see an e-book for OP users.
Documentation...
To show our appreciation, some of us would not mind helping with documentation.
