Please Integrate Drop-Down Menus in OP 2.1

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Please integrate some drop-down menu in OP 2.1. The back-end of publishing is very full-featured, yet drop-down menus are seen as a user-provided add-on. It would be nice to have a drop-down system integrated as well as other parts of the OP ecosystem.

you have a menu system there that looks interesting.
I was thinking of doing a http://drupal.org/project/menu_block

but looking for a place to put it... not easy at the moment.

Menus = to suckerfish or nice menus are important as your OP site gets alot of content, which is the goal.

In other words we need an easy to use menu that allows for many sublinks.
