How to Start Contexts From Scratch?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I want to start from scratch, offering no Contexts for OP, building my own. How do I do this, while retaining the core features of OP? I love the OP backend and the basic OP theme, but I want to decide how my frontpage looks and develop land-paging for each section.

you can either:

1) disable them all
2) remove them from the database

That's the only ones i know off
