A how to question

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

How do you you strip out the section of the page heading such as "Articles in "Business"" and leave just Business with no quotation marks.

Go to admin/build/views/articles/page. Look for "Arguments" and click on "Term". In the "Title" section below, it reads "Articles in %1". Edit that to your delight. I removed the "Articles in..." portion.
