Synopsis for Broward Drupal Meetup held on June 9th 2010:

At the beginning of the meetup, we shared all .mp3 files and slides of the past meetup. After initial introductions, two people gave presentations.

Below is a summary of the presentations:
Chris Parsons (@chillin411) presented (slides and demo) of theming with Zen. It was a detailed presentation with a lot of insight into themeing.
Phillip Smith (@siliconvalet) gave a demo on one of his projects: Drupal for wine dispensing equipment. Phillip designed his own hardware and is running Drupal on it to manage several wine dispensing devices at several locations.

After those two great presentations, I just gave a summary of what is going on in the South Florida Drupal community (I attended both Palm Beach and Miami Meetups), and I also discussed the what is going on in CALA&E (Carribean, Latin America & Europe) after attending the CALA&E virtual meetup last month via Skype.

For the general discussion portion of the meetup, we discussed relationships in views, arguments, taxonomy and Chris discussed some of the projects he is working on.

We recorded the meetup with a Snowball microphone and Adobe Soundbooth. Depending on the interest, we will be posting the audio and presentation files (for the presenters that share them). As always, all attendees of the meeting get a copy of the raw .wav file, including all those awkward moments between presentations. We will have four .mp3 files of this meetup (two presentations, the South Florida Drupal summary and the general discussion) and two sets of slides (Zen theming and South Florida Drupal summary).
