Hi,
I do have 3 vocabularies for articles, but want terms only form one of them to be displayed in "Related Terms:" at the end of the article's page. Is any way to configure it in the OpenPublish or it must be done by modifying php-code with specifying only one term ID? Please guide me as for where to find that configuration screen/php-code.

We need to exclude the whole vocabulary
Thank you, adamsohn, but this is not exactly what we would like to do. We need to exclude the whole vocabulary, and not just few terms.
