Unable to create job post

Hello guys. Glad I found this forum because my company is in need of a drupal person since we feel our web design team is too expensive. Anyway I have been trying to post a job ad on here but it keeps getting rejected for spam. I'm wondering why. Also if anyone would be interested in doing drupal programming for my site please let me know. Thanks!
