We have just migrated our site from our development site to our main domain and are planning to take it live asap. Everything seems to have gone smooth and all of our existing content transferred without a hitch and seems to all be intact. However, now when we try to add any new articles to our site the images (main image and thumbnail image) attached to the article are not showing up when we publish the article. Again, there are not any problems with any of the articles that were published before the site migration.
Does anybody know why this is happening and what I need to do in order to resolve this issue?
Thanks

Just a couple of hints why
Just a couple of hints why images might not be showing up. As far as I understand (and guess) that old images are showing correctly while the new images are not, right?
If that is so, firstly, check the URLs of both images. I mean, check the URL of old image and see if the new images are actually being uploaded to the same physical location, for example, it could be in /sites/default/files.
Also make sure you chmod 777 the /sites/default/files folder.
