Sometime in the last few days, the admin wrench menu has stopped working. Any ideas?
There appears to be no way to change/alter contexts without it.

It could be javascript not
It could be javascript not working in your browser on those pages that the wrench won't open. The frontpage wrench stopped working for me in Chrome but worked in Firefox and all other pages. I cleared all cache in Performance and browser which didn't work. I tracked it down to a Twitter javascript widget that I had put in page-front.tpl.php. Taking the Twitter javascript out from page-front.tpl.php cleared it up.
