Node Embed

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

How does this work?
I've tried to add pictures/slideshows/videos and it seems to go through the process. I select the node. Hit apply. But when I hit OK, nothing is added.

Node Embed is new to OP2.2
It doesn't seem to work in the CKeditor.
Has anyone had luck with this?
