Using OP Theme with Stock Drupal?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I'm interested in using the OP theme with a stock version of Drupal. In other words, I'm not interested in OP functionality, simply the theme's design. What OP components do I need to retain for the OP theme to work?

Hard to say :)

You will probably have to try it and then error messages will guide you through it :)

I am pretty sure you will need openpublish_core at least.
