Hello,
it's my first time use openpublish system version 2.2, i get error from installation page, like below
An error occurred. "openpublish/install.php?locale=en&profile=openpublish&id=1&op=do"
who can help on this, where is wrong, i follow the installation document in here http://openpublishapp.com/doc/installing-openpublish
still get this error, please help how to fix it. thanks

Please look in the Apache
Please look in the Apache logs to find the specific error and post it here. The error message you are posting is insufficient to conclude what is going wrong.

i check the apache error.log file find out this like below:

I make google for this error, but not sure what's main reason to get it. can you help something, really thanks

Your LAMP stack is misconfigured. Segmentation fault is often caused by faulty eAccelerator PHP plugin. Are you using it?

It's impossible to tell what's causing the segfault without a backtrace.
Are you able to reinstall these packages? If you're not on a server that's currently hosting a website, that would be my advice. If you can't reinstall, try to get us logs with mod_backtrace.

Every time I've installed OP I've needed to make these changes. I also had trouble with PHP 5.3 (although admittedly I didn't try for very long). Give 5.2 a shot if you're not already using that version.
Failing that, I would get a clean install of PHP and re-download (or check the hash of your current) OP.
