Every once in a while OP releases a new update with new features, which is a good thing.
What I was wondering, if it is possible to not just create a full version, but also create a "Changed file only" archive.
I don't want to upload everything if only some modules are updated.
I usually keep things like the core etc updated myself and don't want to overwrite all again if it is not necessary.
Perhaps the developers can reply if it's possible and not too much work from their side.

Improving the update process
Improving the update process is definitely one of our priorities. It could be much easier, except having to patch some modules and non-trivial update of features and theme complicate matters, for now.
