Apture toolbar not displaying correctly with Internet Explorer

Has anybody ran into any problems with the Apture toolbar displaying incorrectly at the top of web page? It seems to be working fine with Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. However, when using Internet Explorer the formatting breaks and it stays on top of content when scrolled all the way to the top of the page, thus blocking our Top Banner Ad in the header. It should automatically "hide" itself from view when users are at the top of the page.

Any ideas on what this could be? Could it be a compatibility issue with the Apture toolbar and Internet Explorer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Apture toolbar problems at top of secondary pages with IE

Citizen's picture

The Apture toolbar works fine on the homepage with Internet Explorer. But when you go to any page other than the homepage, it's always displayed at the top of the page and it's format is messed up. Because it's always displayed at the top it blocks out some of the Top Banner Ad in the header region of the page. Again, this only happens with Internet Explore as far as I know.

I'm trying to see if I can find out anything about this on the web, but to no avail at this point. Hopefully, somebody here can give me some direction. If I come across any pertinent info on this issue, I'll follow up by posting it here.

Thanks
