Looking for sublet space and new hire in Boston

Hi –

My name is Jacqueline Kesicki, and I’m with M+R Strategic Services
(http://mrss.com). We’re a public affairs firm opening a small satellite
office in the Boston area and we're looking for two things:

1. A space to sublet from a larger organization.
2. New staff! (scroll down)

A bit more about the type of space we're looking for:
• Space for anywhere from 2-5 people
• At least one office with a door
• Some flexibility for a short-term sublease
• Ideally off the red line in Boston, Cambridge or Somerville, but
flexible on location
Since the rest of our team and our clients are almost all based outside Boston
(we're based in DC and NYC and our clients are nonprofits like UNICEF, the
Clinton Foundation, PBS, League of Conservation Voters, Komen for the Cure, and
Oxfam), it would need to be an environment where it's OK to be on the phone.
