Exercise on Advanced File Handling

Drupal File API
File validation

Create a form in Drupal that can upload files.
There should be a restriction of file types, only pdf and doc files should be supported.
If a user tries to upload a file with size more than 2 MB, there should be a validation message that 'size should be less than 2 MB'
