translate

I have come across something strange that I am hoping this group knows how to fix. I have path alias enabled on my site which creates unique paths depending on the type of node and fields selected.

So the URL for one of my nodes would look something like this: http://www.sitename.com/europe/listing/united-kingdom/food-drinks/1869/defectors-weld-london

That would be the English page, and if I had a translated version of that node, it would look like this:

http://www.sitename.com/zh-hant/europe/listing/united-kingdom/food-drinks/1880/defectors-weld-london

I use Drupal 7.0 and can't find out how to get one menu per language. According to the Structure Guide, in Administration → Structure → Content types, for articles and basic pages I went to Edit → Publishing options → Multilingual support, and chose "Enabled, with translation". But menus are not a "content type" and I couldn't find out how to enable multilanguage support for menus.

D7 staat voor de deur... volgens mij is er nog een stapel vertaalwerk voor D7 en helpen we de Nederlandse community een eind verder door nu even op het gas te gaan staan.
Persoonlijk vind ik het ook niet het leukste werk, maar ik vind het wel belangrijk. Goede vertalingen verhogen de acceptatiegraad bij onze klanten.

I think the best way for me is to parse body with regexp to translate needed strings.
Strings are stored in DB table.
Any ideas how implement this in drupal?

I have a lot of English nodes on my site. I want to make UI for my translators.
Nodes have a lot of the same strings, and I want give opportunity to my translators to batch translate any string to other language in all nodes bodies. Do you have any idea about it? Or is it another way to make translator life easier?
