For those who don't know, dRealty IDX has recently been under heavy development. It is quickly becoming a very polished solution for tightly integrating RETS MLS with Drupal.

I'M STILL A NOOB, BUT I'M COMING ALONG, I JUST SUBMITTED MY PROPOSAL TO THE LOCAL MLS AND AM AWAITING THE APPROVAL, LOOKING AT THE CAPABILITIES OF DRUPAL, I THINK THAT I CAN PROVIDE THE INFO ABOUT PROPERTIES AND PROPERTIES SEARCHES ECT, IN A BETTER WAY USING DRUPAL THAN WHAT THE MLS OFFERS.... LOOKING TO HOOK UP WITH LIKE MINDED INDIVIDUALS....I'M A REAL ESTATE BROKER, BUT A MAJOR DIY DUDE, SO I THINK I OUGHT TO HAVE AN EDGE AS I LEARN TO DESIGN WITH DRUPAL !

Finally, at long last, PIRETS, the premiere RETS listing import module for Drupal (that I know of), is available to the public at large. Check out its project page on Drupal.org.
This release coincides with the launching of PIRETS.info, a site intended to be the community and development hub for all things PIRETS, in much the same way Ubercart has Ubercart.org.

Soon after I joined the company I currently work for, Precision Intermedia, I was placed to work on a site for a real estate company which was to provide searching of listings through RETS. Hi everyone,
After a long hiatus from working on the MLS module (http://groups.drupal.org/node/12419), I'm back at it and working on some massive updates/improvements to the module. If any of you have tried to use it, you probably know that it's super confusing, very difficult to use and incredibly fragile. To address these issues I'm overhauling how the module interfaces between VieleRETS and Drupal.

I'm in the process of releasing a new real estate listing module and currently looking for some testers.
The module is called uListing (for drupal 6.x) ... a newer better version of rListing (for drupal 5.x). rListing is free but only for drupal 5.x and uListing is not free. There's no plan for updating rListing to drupal 6 (at least not by me but anyone is welcome to try). However a conversion module for rListing to uListing is on the todo list. uListing is a complete code re-write (ie. taxonomy integration).
MLS Module released
Hi Everyone,
I published a RETS/IDX MLS feed module to Drupal last night, you can get it here: http://drupal.org/project/mls
Be forewarned - this is in ALPHA, meaning I wouldn't recommend it for production systems. I have been testing it for my own purposes, and am still not 100% convinced to make it live for my client - but it's very close. The module is admittedly clunky, but I needed to hack something together fairly quickly and this is what I've come up with ;)
Here's what it does:
