A Happy New Year to everyone,

The next Drupal Drinks gathering will take place on Thursday 22nd January from 6:30pm onwards.

We'll be in the Custard Studio - 106, Buzzer 004. The studio is in SouthBlock (http://www.southblock.co.uk/) on the 1st Floor and we'll have access till 7:30pm.

We'll have a look ahead to the coming year of Drupal 8 and associated events. I am also open to suggestions for any topics people would like to discuss or present, so let me know.

24th - 26th July 2015 - Sunderland Software Centre

Three active Drupal User Groups are coming together under one roof for a mammoth weekend of Drupal activities in the summer of 2015. Drupal communities from the North West, North East and Yorkshire have set the date for Drupal North - a combined DrupalCamp being held in the cutting edge facilities at Sunderland Software Centre from the 24-26th July 2015.

We'll be having a Drupal Drinks on 8th of January if there is enough interest. January tends to be quite a busy period since it's just after Christmas and people are getting back in to the swing of things. So let me know if you are able to come along by signing the event post.

Well here's the proper event posting in follow up to my previous comment about a Christmas DrupalDrinks...

By popular demand at the November event, we'll be having a Christmas Drinks on 18 December. This is not only not on the regular second Thursday, but also at a different venue!

So: Thursday 18 December at Lebowski's (Morrison Street).

Hope to see at least as many of you there as at the packed out November Drinks....

Well the second Thursday of November is fast approaching, so it's time to announce DrupalDrinks for this month!

Thursday 13 November, at Mother's (formerly The Standard) on Howe Street, from 6pm.

It'll be the last one for this year, so as to not compete with everyone's Christmas busy time, so hope to see plenty of you there!

This will probably be the last of the year, so I'm hoping everyone that been throughout this year can make it. If this date isn't the best then we can easily move it so we can have a busy last meet up.

So please let me know if this date is ok for most people.

We're in Good's (http://www.wearegood.com) boardroom as usual. The office is in South Block (http://www.southblock.co.uk/) on the 4th Floor and we'll have access till 7:30pm.

It's nearly time for another Edinburgh get-together.

This coming Drupal Drinks will be on Thursday 9 October, at Mother's (formerly the Standard) on Howe Street.
