Interaction design is heavily focused on satisfying the needs and desires of the people who will use the product.

Someone with interaction design skills:

  • knows how to define the workflow for website users as they interact with the website to perform specific tasks
  • knows how to create wireframes or prototypes of specific pages and or interactions based on a given user story
  • knows how to apply goal-oriented design
  • has experience on designing user interfaces
  • knows use of personas: can develop a precise description of our user and what he wishes to accomplish
  • knows the event-handling differences between various devices such us mobile, touchpad, ipad, notepad, desktop computers, etc.
  • knows how to handle errors and user feedbacks
