Welcome to VANDUG!
The Vancouver Drupal Users Group (VanDUG) is the local meeting place for Greater Vancouver people interested in Drupal. We were formerly known as the Vancouver League of Drupalers, but that's a long story.
The group mostly hangs out on Slack at https://vandug.slack.com/. We also post our meetings on Meetup.com at https://www.meetup.com/Vancouver-Drupal-Users-Group. All are welcome, it's listed as a private group to keep out the griefers.
We've been holding semi-regular virtual meetings during COVID-19.

Drupal Hosting and Updates
I am looking for recommendations on companies that provide hosting and ongoing maintenance for Drupal.
Currently I am managing over 30 Drupal installations and I have reached a point where the time to maintain the updates is interfering with my ability to develop web applications.
Preferably I would like to deal with a company local to the Vancouver mainland or Vancouver Island.

update development site
I have created a new site for a client, and we are ready to make it live. The issue is that there have been some page edits and ubercart activity in the meantime. Does anyone know if I can import the live tables for content and ubercart into my test site so it will be up to date?
