Next SD DUG meetup Drupalize.me topic

At tonight's DUG we discussed how to approach next month's meeting. Specifically, we are looking how to leverage our access to the Drupalize.me account for the meeting.

What are some ideas for videos to watch that would be beneficial to both new people to Drupal as well as the advanced Drupal players?

Feel free to propose topics for discussion. Planning ahead for next meeting could greatly benefit the group as a whole.

Drupal Day), poszerzy kontakty i pomoże promować Drupala w Poznaniu i w Polsce. Dzielenie się wiedzą będzie spoiwem społeczności i tym co będzie do niej przyciągać nowych ludzi.

No January Meeting, Planning for February & beyond

How are your DUG's?

Hey all -

I was remarking at our Vancouver D7 Release Party, how fantastic it was that we had so many women there, I was guessing about a third of the attendees (which I think was more than we usually get at our meetups).

Just made me curious as to how the other local user groups were doing, as far as getting more women into the Drupal community, and supporting them, etc.

Notes from September meeting, planning for October

Great turnout last night at @coworkingroc for the meeting! Jim Campbell gave a great intro to / history of jQuery, including some examples he cooked up just for us! [Jim: Feel free to include a link to your PPT if you'd like, for the benefit of those who couldn't attend!]

Anthony Mikiciuk talked a bit about r-y-p.org, a gallery-heavy site he just launched the day before.

Notes from August meeting, planning for September

This was our lowest-attendance meeting yet, probably for two reasons: 1. somewhat-later-than-usual notice on location and 2. location (Niagara Falls). That doesn't explain low online attendance, though, so if you all have constructive crit or suggestions, I'm all ears. I'm also open to co-group-admins who've been with the group for a few months and showing up to meetings / otherwise very involved already. Approach me!
