Today I found that there is #drupal-in IRC channel for Drupal India community. Anyone who is using IRC and are regular visitors of #drupal, or #drupal-support can join #drupal-in channel. This will just help to build a better Drupal community in India. Groups is also fine but we can carry out "live" discussions in IRC. We are going to do a Drupal code sprint on this saturday 15th February. We will fix issues of contributed modules. Modules of Drupal 7 are preferred since we are not that much aware of Drupal 8, but any member can pick issues from Drupal 8 contrib modules. Core issue fixes are also welcome. Issues will be picked from issue queues.
We will concentrate on:
- Review patches
- Submit patches
This Drupal sprint is to encourage contribution in Drupal community. We are all busy in our client projects and usually don't get time for contribution.

What's your idea?
We have to create drupal.org search more powerful and relavant.
I have noticed when we search for module - Google search result is more accurate than drupal.org website inbuild search.
For Example - Lets serch for Insert Module - In drupal.org, you can see many insert modules are coming, but only "Insert" module is coming after many modules. But in Google, the first one is only "Insert" module.
Now, if you click on modules tab, we are seeing sort by Relevance. Now change it to sort by Most Installed. Still the insert module is not coming in the first.

What's your idea?
We can make Drupal more SEO friendly by converting the URL of drupal.org, like - https://drupal.org/node/53933 to https://drupal.org/drupal-theme-problem. We can implement this by using Pathauto module and transferring all number URL to understandable URL.
It is found that when we search drupal issue in google, some other website are come first than Drupal.org.
What are the benefits?
- We will come to drupal.org for Drupal related problem and not go to other websites.
- Increased participation in Drupal forums

Visiting Kolkata
Hello Kolkata Drupalers!
I will be visiting Kolkata during this coming June/July, and I am wondering if there are any recommendations for things I should do while I'm there. Specifically, are there any Drupal meetups or other gatherings that I could attend or be a part of? I am an English speaker, and I am making an honest attempt to learn some Bengali, but I doubt that I will be fluent enough to discuss Drupal topics. Nevertheless, I would love to see what's going on!

Data entry form consisting of different node types
In my Drupal 7 project I have two node types:
- Student (Roll_No,Name,Qualifcation)
- Courses (Course_Code, Course_Name,Fees,Duration)

Now come to Header Menu Style. Drupal 7 has simple Menu Bar system. It has no drop down menus. Many people have suggested to use Nice menu module or Superfish.
